Refund Process

To refund an item, please email customer service at contact@becomeapastrychef.co.uk within 30 days of purchase along with your name, email address and the reason for applying for a refund.

After receiving your request we will provide a full refund within 3 working days.

We will also notify you by email when your refund  has been processed.
